A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the workshop start date.
If the balance is not received by this date, your booking may be cancelled and the deposit retained.
Cooling-Off Period
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking.
If you cancel within this period, 100% of your deposit will be refunded.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, the £100 deposit is non-refundable.
Any fees paid above the deposit will be refunded in full.
If we cancel
If the workshop is cancelled by the Organizer for any reason, all fees and deposits paid will be refunded in full.
We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
Accommodation & Travel
Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel.
Any accommodation reserved is payable directly on arrival and is not included in the workshop fee.
Programme & Tutors
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, content, venue, or tutors if necessary.
Tutor substitutions or programme changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
Participant Responsibilities
Please take care of the venue and any equipment provided
You are responsible for your personal belongings and valuables.
We may refuse participation or ask a participant to leave if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be given.
Health, Safety & Risk
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
By attending, you confirm that you are physically and medically fit to take part.
You are responsible for ensuring that your instruments and equipment are suitable for use and properly insured.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Isle of Man law, the Organizer is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the workshop.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
Recordings & Use of Materials
Audio or video recordings may be made for private use only.
Recordings may not be shared, published, or broadcast without the explicit permission of the tutors or performers involved.
All teaching materials remain the intellectual property of the tutors or Organizer.
Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Data is used only for workshop administration and communication.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, illness, transport disruption, or government restrictions
Legal
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Isle of Man courts.
Final Notes
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and the Organizer.
